About FlexForceMonkey
FlexForceMonkey was rooted in practice. As Purchase to Pay consultants we ran into the recurring problem that optimizing contingent labor management knows different issues for different stakeholders. Human Resource Management, Purchasing and Financial Administration, but also Controllers and Management, they all have a different view and their own challenges. As a major frustration, the problem often became even greater for suppliers when the client started optimizing its internal processes. This became the great inspiration for FlexForceMonkey: we wanted to create a genuine human centric supply chain; for, by and about people! How can we optimize the hiring of external labor end-to-end when we focus on improving collaboration between departments and organizations? A combination of supply chain management and technology brought us the answer!

How Majorel made her global supply chain human-centric
Majorel wanted to optimize their internal hiring processes in order to eliminate data errors and speed up payments in the supply chain. Nowadays their FlexForceMonkey account flows data between a US-based Kronos HR system, an SAP Financial administration located in France and several of their temp labor suppliers. Meanwhile their contract assignments and invoice processing are harmonized through the multi-lingual online portal.
